Customer Service Class -- EOC Conference Room

Customer Service -- (4 hours) Defines customer service and identifies how you can understand the customer's needs and provide excellent service.  Understanding Customer Service, identifying personality types, focusing on what you can do, handling complaints, and coping with stress will all be covered.  This class is mandatory for news hires.  To register for this class, email Melissa Parrish at amparrish@wilson-co.com
