Counseling, Discipline and Discharge -- (2hours) This class focuses on how to move through progressive discipline process.  Coaching is covered in an effort for the employee to get back on track.  Documentation is of the upmost importance and is focused on heavily in this class.  Several thoughts and theories on management techniques are also reviewed.  To register for this class, email Melissa Parrish at amparrish@wilson-co.com
